What You Can Do To Help

  • Maintain your health.
  • Set your own personal health goals.
  • Read, ask questions and stay informed regarding your health.
  • Inform us of any changes in your insurance, name, address, place of employment, home, work and cell phone numbers.

A Team Approach

DayOne Family Healthcare believes that working together as a team is the best way to assure quality care for our patients. That's why at our regular office meetings, we update each other on our patients' health problems and share ideas for improved patient care and office procedures. As a team, our physicians and other practitioners can offer your family added understanding and consideration concerning your health. Our team is your team and we're always available to you.

When you become a DayOne patient, one of our Family Practice doctors will be assigned as your primary physician. He or she will always have a special interest in you and in the treatment and care you receive. Occasionally you may be seen by another member of our team. When this is necessary, we hope you'll understand. Please be assured that your family doctor will remain fully informed about the status of your care.

Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are also a valuable part of the DayOne Family Healthcare team. They have received professional training and are certified to take medical histories, perform physical exams, order lab work and other diagnostic tests. These professionals prescribe medications, formulate treatment plans, and work closely with your physician to provide medical care.

Here is what some of our patients have said about us ...
