DayOne participates with many insurance companies and we bill for most all office services. You will be responsible for your deductible and patient portion. If your insurance requires a co-pay, you will be expected to pay this at the time of your visit. A billing fee will be added for co-pays not paid at the time of service.

Prescriptions for routine medications should be refilled at your regularly scheduled appointments. if you take several medications or are a new patient, please remember to always to bring your medicine with you to your appointment. You may refill on our prescription line via the telephone (269) 969-6123 or on our website (click on the ‘REFILLS’ link at the top main menu).
DayOne providers are usually”on the go” and may not always be immediately available for phone calls. We will, however, return calls as soon as possible. (Emergencies are handled immediately.) Please don’t hesitate to call at night or on the weekend if you have an urgent problem. However, we encourage you to call during our regular office hours for ‘routine’ business.
If you have an acute issue DayOne Offers walk-in appointment Monday- Friday 7:45am to 9:15am.
Yes. Click on the top main menu “FORMS” and select the form you need, print it, fill is out and bring it with you to your appointment.
Lab test results are usually within 48 hours.

Emergency

DayOne is ALWAYS available for emergencies. If a family member is extremely ill and must go to the hospital we ask that you notify DayOne of the emergency and let us know when the person is on the way to the hospital. Our phone number is 269-969-6123 and is always attended.
