  • How can I get my prescription(s) refilled?

    Prescriptions for routine medications should be refilled at your regularly scheduled appointments. if you take several medications or are a new patient, please remember to always to bring your medicine with you to your appointment. You may refill on our prescription line via the telephone (269) 969-6123 or on our website (click on the 'REFILLS' link at the top main menu).

Emergency

DayOne is ALWAYS available for emergencies. If a family member is extremely ill and must go to the hospital we ask that you notify DayOne of the emergency and let us know when the person is on the way to the hospital. Our phone number is 269-969-6123 and is always attended.
